Job Description:The Annually Contracted Faculty member creates, manages, and participates in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. The Annually Contracted Faculty member participates collaboratively and professionally with other faculty and staff to promote the general well-being of the department and the college and of the collective and individual interests of its staff and student body. Director of Admissions &nbsp;SummaryIn collaboration with the VP for Enrollment Management, CCAD seeks an exceptional leader to fulfill the role of Director of Admissions. The Director is responsible for effectively executing communications and recruitment plans to meet the enrollment goals and objectives of both the undergraduate and graduate population of the College. The Director leads a diverse team of 8 professional staff to achieve these goals and objectives, and is responsible for their team-members' professional growth, skills development and training.The Director of Admissions is a highly visible leader, collaborating with peers in other functional areas of Enrollment Management Services, including Admissions Operations, Financial Aid,, Registrar, and Youth &amp; Community Learning to advance the mission of the college also serving on the VPEM's leadership team.
