MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

<li>Prepare working papers and reports, including year-end status report, to document work performed and conclusions; discuss findings, observations, and recommendations with appropriate personnel; document management’s plan of action to resolve any deficiencies.</li>
<li>Prepare annual audit plan as per discussions with the College President; Assist the President in ensuring that operations are fiscally well-controlled, efficient, and effective; Coordinate special assignments from the President and develop suggestions for enhancement.</li>
<li>Consult with executive leadership and management on the Enterprise Risk Assessment process as required by the State to better protect the assets of the College; Assess internal controls and make recommendations to improve internal controls.</li>
<li>Plan and oversee departmental budget based on goals and objectives congruent with strategic plan and college (s) initiatives</li>
<li>Comply with the Institute of Internal Auditors and other authoritative bodies Code of Ethics</li>
<li>Establish and maintain a quality assurance and improvement program to ensure compliance with the Institute of Internal Auditors International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.</li>

<li>Knowledge and understanding of GAAP standards as set by the GASB, state statutes, TBR policies and other related accounting and auditing standards</li>

SUMMARY
The Recruiter works under the supervision of the President and the VP of Academics and Compliance promoting educational career opportunities to recruit dual credit, traditional, and non-traditional (adult learners) students, and to develop relationships with schools and community partners within our service area. Position requires approximately 70% travel/30% office.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Maintain assigned recruitment territory to include initiating and developing partner relationships with high school counselors and community partners &nbsp;</li>
<li>Communicate with prospective and current students by phone, email, in person, website, and social media platforms</li>
<li>Disseminate information between internal departments, Admissions, Academics, Business Office, extended campuses</li>
<li>Maintain event calendar and use available technology for data collection, analysis, prospect tracking, and documentation of outcomes</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver presentations in small and large group settings, school visits, regional/county fairs, and community events</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate campus tours, career fairs, open houses, and signing day events</li>
<li>Ensure that information on the institution’s website and social media platforms is current and engaging, submitting service tickets to TBR as revisions are needed</li>
</ul>
SPECIFIC DUTIES
