The Academic Coordinator of Clinical Education (ACCE) supervises educational services in the clinical setting to achieve equity of student clinical experience according to the program's established standards.
Job Duties
• Plan, develop, conduct, coordinate and facilitate the clinical education components of the PTA program.
• Assess and summarize the effectiveness of the clinical education program using survey and other data with the assistance of the Program Director as needed.
• Advise clinical supervisors in performing competency-based clinical evaluations.
• Assist clinical supervisors in maintaining professional competence and improving skills related to student instruction and clinical education.
• Assist program director in the assessment of program effectiveness and student preparation.
