Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Registrar, serves as a member of the Student Records Office team to provide courteous, efficient and accurate information and service to faculty, staff, students and the public regarding all records and registration information with the focus on graduation functions. 




Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Performs degree audits for students applying for graduation. 
</li>
<li>Awards credentials in Peoplesoft each semester by the established deadlines. 
</li>
<li>Responsible for communicating graduation status to all applicants. 
</li>
<li>Participates in graduation information sessions and the graduation ceremony.

<li>Monitors and answers emails sent to the Bluegrass Graduation mailbox and Bluegrass Subs email.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Vice President for Administration and Finance, the Director of Faculties and Engineering is responsible for the comprehensive leadership and management of facilities operations across a 600,000-square-foot campus, spread across two locations in Holyoke, MA. This includes overseeing maintenance, capital projects, and renovations to address aging infrastructure.&nbsp; &nbsp;The position requires expertise in unionized environments (AFSCME) and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. The Director of Faculties and Engineering will drive operational excellence while supporting the institution's mission through strategic planning, fiscal management, and sustainability initiatives.&nbsp; &nbsp;The Director is also responsible for ensuring that the college meets the safety standards and guidelines as determined by the City and Department of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM).
