General Function:&nbsp;
Provides Professional Human Resources services throughout the employment cycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree earned from a regionally accredited institution and one year of professional human resources or training experience. Professional Human Resources or training experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepares, reviews and processes, all requests for vacancy posting and ensures all administrative requirements, required advertisements and notifications are completed.&nbsp;&nbsp;
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Train, advise and assists hiring managers by guiding them through the posting, requisition and hiring processes, including providing information about applicable statutes, policies or rules.
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Based on training needs assessment develop a training program for HR related subjects, general professional development, and identified technical or soft skills to be offered to faculty and staff.&nbsp; Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. Present or facilitate employee training utilizing a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. Assess the effectiveness of training and make recommendations for program improvement.&nbsp;
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assists HR Generalist with new employee onboarding including onboarding asset development, presentations, checkpoints, and follow up. Assists in assimilating new employees into the institutional culture, vision and community college environment.&nbsp;
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordinates employment background check process.&nbsp; Initiates, tracks and reviews backgrounds to ensure compliance with applicable statutes, policies and procedures.
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepares, analyzes, processes, and corrects human resources transactions and documents for employee appointments, promotions, demotions, reclassifications, separations, terminations, transfers, retirement, and information changes
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Advises internal and external applicants on the hiring process and responds to inquiries related to requisitions, status and the hiring process.
•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensures that required records are compiled and stored in a manner consistent with applicable statutes, policies and procedures. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining requisition files and initial creation of the personnel file from the hiring documentation.

Provide high quality effective instruction in accordance with the catalog description and the approved course syllabus; Facilitate student learning, and perform evaluations of student learning for all assigned classes, using each course’s standard course outline as a guide.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in discipline or a qualifying field from a regionally accredited college or university or a Master’s degree in any field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in discipline or a qualifying field from a regionally accredited college or university by the application date.
Qualifying fields include Accounting, Business, Finance, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in discipline or a qualifying field from a regionally accredited college or university or a Master’s degree in any field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in discipline or a qualifying field from a regionally accredited college or university by the application date. Three years of Community College teaching experience.&nbsp;
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Teach courses as assigned in accordance with the catalog description and the approved course syllabus; Teach dual enrollment classes at area high school as assigned; Travel to multiple campuses as assigned</li>
<li>Collaborate collegially with faculty, Department Lead, and curriculum chair about curricular and programmatic issues and needs</li>
<li>Collaborate collegially with faculty, administration and staff to support the students, strategic plan, goals and business operations of the college; Work collegially as part of both discipline-specific and multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Stay abreast of current developments in the teaching discipline including scholarship, creative research, disciplinary and interdisciplinary activities that focus on the boundaries of knowledge, community-based scholarship, creative activities, and the development of cutting-edge teaching approaches</li>
<li>Teach up to 12credit hours per semester as assigned</li>
<li>Maintain availability for meetings with students and colleagues as needed throughout the semester.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to the Dean’s requests</li>
<li>Submit all requested paperwork timely and completely</li>
