Physical Therapist (Full Time)

Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is currently hiring a Full TimeHome Health Physical Therapist for Westminster-Canterbury At Home. 

Westminster-Canterbury At Home offers personalized and exceptional Home Health Care, Home Care, and Hospice services in private home settings in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas.

What will I do?

Our Home Health Physical Therapist provides:

• Physical therapy services in accordance with the plan of care.
• Initial and on-going assessment and evaluation of patient response to therapy.
• Accurate documentation and evaluation of provided treatments.

What do I need to do this role?

• Unencumbered State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid state driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle driving record.
• Proof of motor vehicle insurance.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to meet deadlines, work under limited supervision.
