Duties and&nbsp;Responsibilities:
30% Use skills and knowledge of video production and editing to initiate, conceptualize, and produce video projects to promote Pellissippi State. Projects may include advertisements, academic program videos, testimonials, updates from the President and promotions of upcoming events, as well as video shorts and skits for social media. Must be able to tell a story through video and positively support the College’s image and goals. Responsible for editing photographs to make them ready for use by the college. Shift 6:30am – 7:00pm; weekends &amp; some holidays required. Job Summary The Patient Services Coordinator will work closely with the HOAs / DCNs to allocate staff throughout the enterprise. Duties will include entering employee schedules, answering calls from staff regarding sick call ins or tardiness, oversight of per diem pool staff and their working time requirements; and acting as a liaison with other departments to ensure staffing needs are met. The Patient Services Coordinator will also collaborate with management regarding staffing holes and coverage plans. Other duties include but not limited to the decedent affairs. Working closely with nursing staff, families of decedents, legal next of kin, completing the provisional report of death. Also, working closely with the corner’s office and funeral homes.
