As a student employment coordinator, you will manage online vacancies and new-position set-ups. You will track position updates, statuses, and timesheet access in Banner, JobX, PageUp, and Guardian. You will also be responsible for the student onboarding and I-9 processes. You will lead sessions for new student employees to explain SCAD-specific and federal policies related to work-study programs. You will administer necessary applications and forms for position approvals; oversee prompt and accurate communications; and participate in presentations at workshops, orientations, and information sessions for on-campus student employees.In this position, you will work in Microsoft Excel to monitor, track, and analyze student employment data for reports. You will troubleshoot advanced timekeeping or payroll discrepancies in the web time entry system and manage an organized file system for reports, correspondences, and materials related to student employment in adherence to federal and university policies. You will complete student employment verifications and review policies and procedures regularly, recommending and implementing improvements. You will also manage employment-related requests via email, phone, and in person.In this role, you will serve as the department liaison for those with employment questions. You will approve new positions, hires, and employment terminations and notify supervisors of students who no longer meet work-study eligibility requirements. You will oversee off-campus employment opportunities for community-based positions and organize annual supervisor training seminars, participating as necessary.The successful candidate will be customer service-oriented and can multitask while adapting to shifting priorities. Benefits Coordinator

As a fitness operations coordinator, you will manage SCADfit's after-hours and weekend operations. You will staff the front desk, educate members on facility rules and regulations, and plan the implementation of various wellness programs. You will provide stellar customer service and assist the director of university recreation with quarterly meetings. You will also ensure that members safely use the equipment. Fitness Operations Coordinator

As a box office and events coordinator, you will ensure customers receive exceptional service at every level. Daily, you will answer phone calls and emails, process transactions, and sell tickets via Tessitura, the ticketing system. In preparation for events, you will enter event details into the website and ticketing system for ticket sales, maintaining sales and holds in Tessitura. You will support the upkeep of audience-facing web pages to include venue and parking information, maps, and general content for the theater. You will manage performance will call lists and ticket distribution, collaborate with the house manager to manage timing holds for seating and the show's start, and be the primary contact at events for patrons. You will also assist with ticketing kiosks, resolving issues, and enforcing theater policies.During events, you will support SCADshow staff in a front-of-house (FOH) capacity, lead internal teams during and after the show, and maintain effective communication with the theater operations manager. You will conduct research for future programs and events across SCAD theaters and festivals, partnering with the creative team to send proofs and request approvals for all collateral and marketing materials. You will also manage SCADshow's social media pages and contribute to the cleanliness of FOH spaces, including the lobbies, restrooms, and concession stands.&nbsp;The successful candidate will know about advertising practices, including social media and traditional and non-traditional methods. The candidate should be familiar with the Tessitura ticketing software and know about marketing arts and cultural events. The candidate should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and have solid computer skills.
