Job Title: Temporary Part-time Facilitator
Campus Location: Walters State Community College Sevier County Campus (Employees are assigned to a “home” location but may occasionally or regularly be required to work at other WSCC locations.)
Job Purpose:&nbsp;The purpose of this position is to assist with administrative areas of the department. This includes enrollment, class preparation, communication to students, and assistance in other relevant areas. Particularly, this position will assist the coordinator with all areas of WFT allied health course development, including test preparation and state contractual agreements and renewals.
Essential Job Functions:

Essential Job Functions:

<li>Academic oversight including development of program goals and monitor outcomes as determined by the advisory board, faculty and student feedback in conjunction with standards set forth by accreditation. Develop a program evaluation to ensure ongoing effectiveness through outcomes assessment of quality indicators. Evaluate program outcomes and implement program quality improvements. Maintain documentation of program goals, feedback, outcomes and evaluation. Submit all requested paperwork timely and completely.</li>
<li>Advise and mentor students about academic and career goals. Create and evaluate criteria for student admission into the Program.</li>
<li>Collaborate collegially with faculty, dean, and academic leadership about curricular and programmatic issues and needs. Recruit, supervise and evaluate Program faculty. Develop programmatic promotional materials to recruit students.</li>

15% (Personnel) Recruit, hire, and retain qualified academic faculty to support quality implementation of academic programs. Oversee the staffing, supervision, observation, and performance evaluation of School leadership, faculty and staff, including providing a recommendation for promotion or tenure for qualified tenure-track faculty as appropriate. &nbsp;Oversee strategic implementation of faculty workloads, course scheduling, and teaching assignments to ensure optimal resource use and program delivery.
