The Maintenance and Grounds Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, upkeep, and safety of campus facilities and outdoor spaces. Job Duties

<li>Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and service providers for specialized repair or construction projects.</li>
<li>Schedule and assign daily work orders and preventive maintenance activities using the college’s work order system.</li>

Regular communication with local businesses and industry partners is essential to ensure alignment with current industry standards.</li>

The instructor will also focus on student recruitment, placement, and follow-up to support student success. Minimum Qualifications
• Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED • Graduate of a post-secondary technical program or apprenticeship training • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications

Physical Demands / Working Conditions&nbsp;The workday has the potential to be varied based on the needs of the students and faculty. Lab and material prep will always be necessary daily, and the requirement to move between classrooms and work areas, often with materials and supplies. Overseeing a lab also involves standing and walking. Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, and reach overhead, and lift a minimum of 20+ pounds. Must be able to use tools or special devices to work.
