Job Summary
To support the workforce development activities and programs, in the Bell County Service Regions. This position will focus on employer engagement, particularly with manufacturing and industry partners. This position is located on the Middlesboro Campus, but travel could be required to other SKCTC service regions.




Job Duties:
• Collaborate with project managers and instructors to develop customized training for business and industry. • Analyze workforce development program data to identify internal trends. Lead efforts in data and report management in collaboration with others. • Manage coordination of evaluating program and course effectiveness. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align program offerings with business and industry needs • Assist with the development of apprenticeship opportunities for business and industry and high school students. • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of Adult Peer Support training. • Manage special initiatives assigned to the Workforce Solutions department. • Responsible for data entry into Salesforce, and for generating enrollment reports both credit and non-credit. • Work collaboratively with marketing to develop robust marketing for training and special projects offered through Workforce Solutions. Additional Information: This role requires a combination of analytical skills, coordination capabilities, and technical proficiency to support and advance the Workforce Solutions department and is vital to the department’s function and success, ensuring that workforce development programs meet the evolving needs of industries and businesses. The position offers the opportunity to impact various initiatives, from apprenticeship programs to special projects and grants. 




Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. 4 to 6 years of experience.&nbsp;

Job Summary
Administrative Assistant II to provide support for the Workforce Development Programs. This position will be housed on the Middlesboro campus but may require travel to the other SKCTC campuses.




Job Duties:
• Assist with participant enrollment processes for workforce development programs, including maintaining enrollment records, completions, and outcomes. • Support course setup and updates in student information and learning management systems, as applicable. • Maintain organized financial and program records to support audits and internal reviews. • Support project directors and evaluators by compiling enrollment, participation, and outcome data. • Help ensure compliance with grant and institutional reporting timelines. • Serve as an occasional point of contact for students, instructors, employers, and community partners regarding workforce development programs. • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, trainings, and events, including securing meeting space, arranging resources, and preparing materials. • Assist with recruitment and marketing efforts for workforce programs, including outreach coordination, maintaining contact lists, and distributing promotional materials. 




Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree with 3 years of experience.&nbsp;
