Job Summary
The Advancement Data and Finance Specialist (Advancement Data &amp; Finance Specialist) position will execute administrative, systematic, and research support for all areas of Advancement and manage the day-to-day gift entry of information into the Raiser's Edge database, as well as process requests for information out of the database. Will provide financial support and assist with various projects as needed. While maintaining the overall integrity of the data, the Data and Finance Specialist will proactively collaborate with teams to effectively assist with cultivation and stewardship plans to reach fundraising goals. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Job Duties:
Managing donor gift and pledge entry procedure from the initial data entry to final receipt for KCTCS Foundation and gifts made to KCTCS. Perform interim gift entry services for colleges. Working closely with Finance and relevant college departments for reconciliations and gift/pledge processes as well as various regular reports and data cleanup and management. Perform administrative duties such as gift adjustments and payroll deduction reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of system-wide gift records. Providing both regular and ad-hoc reports as needed by KCTCS System Office and Colleges. Assist with training end users on Advancement software and gift entry processes. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor . 




Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Library Science, Finance and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.&nbsp;




Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Library Science, Finance and three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent.




Additional Skills Requested:
The person in this position should have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The position also requires in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access. Knowledge of fund raising principals and databases is a plus. Job Summary
The Instructional Designer IV will play a critical role in the training and development of high-quality college faculty across KCTCS. The incumbent will work collaboratively with other members of the Teaching and Learning Office to develop and facilitate workshops, faculty academies, and other professional development projects that scale the use of evidence-based practices to enhance student success. The position will support faculty and staff from multiple colleges by providing support, consultation, needs-based training, and guidance for teaching and learning in face-to-face, hybrid, and online modalities. S/he will also contribute to/coordinate system­wide quality assurance initiatives related to teaching and learning. Job Duties:

Facilitate in-person and online workshops related to teaching and learning for faculty and instructional staff across the System, modeling exemplary teaching practice and providing effective consultation, actionable training, and sound learning solutions. Produce instructional resources, including websites, videos, graphics, and interactive media elements, that meet accessibility requirements using a variety of digital media editors such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate, etc. Stay current with online, hybrid, and face-to-face teaching research, theory, and practice, the latest industry tools, and trends in higher education, and incorporate findings into professional development offerings.




Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or other relevant teaching experience and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent.&nbsp;

Job Summary
This is a full-time, ten-month, term-contract faculty appointment in the Electrical Technology program within the Skilled Trades Division. The position will provide instruction in competencies for Electrical Technology classes including but not limited to Electrical Construction, Electric Motor Controls, Programmable Logic Circuits, and/or National Electric Code. Job Summary
This position will provide front line services for the Financial Aid Office. The person in this position should be knowledgeable in student services in order to provide quality information and customer service to prospective and current students, members of their family, and alumni. This position will also provide additional service to Financial Aid Specialists and must be knowledge of federal and state aid programs and policies. 




Job Duties:

<li>Provide customer service and information to prospective, current, and former students.

<li>Response to student inquiries via text (Signal Vine), phone, and email.

<li>Provide specialized counseling to students and parents in person, completing necessary procedures to complete the financial aid process.

<li>Review, enter, and scan financial aid documents to include but not limited to federal tax transcripts, untaxed income, W-2s, and tax schedules, recalculation documents, professional judgment appeals, SAP forms, and citizenship documents. 
</li>
<li>Provide staff support to the Financial Aid Specialists to include, but not limited to typing, mailing, tracking letters, data entry, assist with maintaining various databases. 
</li>
<li>Serve as regional campus student contact. 
</li>
<li>Update and stock financial aid forms. 
</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned. </li>

Job Summary
This position provides strategic leadership and oversight of all KCTCS nursing and nurse aide programs, including academic and workforce training efforts aligned with Kentucky’s nursing healthcare pipeline. The System Director of Nursing Programs leads curriculum alignment, regulatory compliance, and key external partnerships across the system. The role serves as the primary liaison to nursing, healthcare, and educational associations ensuring employer feedback and participation into academic programs. Oversight includes programs such as Kentucky Nurse Aide Training (KNAT) and Kentucky Medical Association (KMA), healthcare vendor contracts, nursing-related grants, and alignment with clinical training requirements and nursing licensure readiness. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time 




Job Duties:
Serves as a strategic advisor and leader for all Nursing Curriculum Committees across KCTCS colleges, providing guidance to ensure the alignment of nursing programs to meet evolving licensure standards and employer demands. Leads cross-functional teams in the innovation and expansion of existing and potential offerings along with assisting with implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing Kentucky’s nursing healthcare workforce. Collaborates closely with presidents, CAOs, and program leaders to drive impactful, data-informed decisions that improve program effectiveness, student outcomes, and workforce readiness. Utilize workforce data and licensure outcomes to refine academic and workforce preparation pathways. Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with regulatory and professional organizations, including the Kentucky Board of Nursing (KBN), Department for Medicaid Services (DMS), Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE), Kentucky Department of Education (KDE), and national accreditors such as ACEN and NLN. Ensures KCTCS programs remain compliant with evolving regulations and aligned with state and national standards. Serves as the system’s lead nursing subject matter expert, representing KCTCS on advisory boards and workgroups to inform policy, advocate for nursing education and workforce priorities, and guide initiatives related to licensure, scope of practice, and direct-care training regulations. Collaborates closely with the Academic Affairs and cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative nursing credit-for-prior-learning opportunities, including high school articulation agreements, designed to accelerate student progression, shorten time to program completion, and enhance employability. Spearheads emerging efforts and a novel scope of work at the system level to streamline and expand pathways for students, ensuring alignment with industry needs and workforce demands. Leads a team responsible for securing and administering grants and ensuring comprehensive reporting and compliance. Drives continuous improvement in processes to optimize program efficiency and student success. Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to incorporate employer feedback and participation into programs through advisory boards and partnerships. Maintains continuous feedback loops with statewide partners and critical stakeholders to inform programmatic innovations that address workforce shortages. These efforts are intentionally aligned with the curriculum review and alignment process to ensure programs remain responsive to evolving industry needs and standards.




Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree and three (3) years of relevant experience or equivalent. &nbsp;
Active RN License 




Preferred Qualifications:
Doctorate Degree and five (5) years of relevant experience or equivalent.

It uniquely combines oversight of two (2) units within the provost's office (Online Learning and Faculty Development). Job Duties:

Spearhead the development of cutting-edge policies, procedures, resources, services, and educational technologies to elevate online learning across KCTCS colleges. Analyze complex challenges, devise viable solutions, and creatively navigate the intricacies of a broad college system to drive excellence and innovation in online education. Faculty Development and Engagement: Transform and lead the conception, design, and execution of engaging, high-quality, and evidence-based developmental opportunities focused on teaching and learning. Empower and elevate the capabilities of over 3,000 diverse faculty and instructional staff at 16 colleges with varying levels of experience. Drive the development of comprehensive procedures, resources, and services that foster continuous faculty growth and excellence. Regulatory Oversight and Compliance Management: Advise system and college leadership on navigating and implementing federal and state legislation impacting higher education, with a particular focus on online learning, but with some attention to competency-based education and financial aid. Conduct thorough analyses of new laws and policies and provide strategic recommendations to ensure that institutional policies and practices are in full compliance. Develop, enforce, and continuously improve policies that uphold regulatory compliance and institutional integrity, guiding the institution through complex regulatory landscapes.
