Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Associate Dean of Financial Aid, this position manages daily office operations and oversees staff training and selected program responsibilities.




Job Duties:
Compliance, Processing, and Data Management

<li>Oversee and manage Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) processes and Federal Pell Grant Program.

This position provides college-wide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for issues relating to the troubleshooting, installation, repair, and facilitation of computer workstations, mobile devices, servers, and software applications for faculty, staff, and students.  




Job Duties:

Job Summary
The human resources coordinator plays a key role in the operation of the college’s human resources department. This position will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering employment data into PeopleSoft, ensuring the integrity of college personnel data. This position will aid employees with HR related questions and requests, assist newly hired faculty/staff with payroll and benefit processes, maintain personnel files, etc. The human resources coordinator works closely with the Human Resources Manager and Associate VP for Human Resources and Organizational Development to ensure HR functions are accomplished efficiently.

• Enters employment data into PeopleSoft for various actions, including adjunct faculty contracts, eHR97s, new hires, terminations, and benefits. • Oversees data audit reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of employment data. • Maintains the integrity of college personnel data by making corrections and updates in PeopleSoft as necessary. • Provides benefit information to assist employees in making informed decisions. • Responsible for clear and working knowledge of our document imaging system, OnBase. Assists with indexing, security redactions for credentials, and employee employment file updates. • Serves as back-up and provides additional support for HR Coordinators as needed. • Provides customer service for walk-in visitors and employees. • Completes employment verifications as requested. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
The Enterprise Help Desk Administrator will lead the configuration, implementation, and administration of the enterprise helpdesk system for the Kentucky Community &amp; Technical College System. This role will also provide functional support for end users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the enteprise help desk. In addition to managing the Help Desk, this position provides functional support for PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time Review of applicants after January 5th, 2026. 




Job Duties:
Primary system lead for enterprise help desk tools. Leads implementation and support of the enterprise help desk for all colleges and the system office. Leads the enterprise design and implementation of help desk features including request forms, workflows, and automation for all colleges and the system office. Establishes enterprise help desk standards, including security, and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders and provide ongoing leadership, support, improvement, and training. Provides functional support for Peoplesoft Campus Solutions to include testing of new/existing functionality to improve effectiveness and efficiency for all colleges and system office. 




Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent. &nbsp;




Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree and six (6) years of relevant experience or equivalent

Minimum Qualifications:
