Job Summary
The Admissions Counselor II for Workforce Solutions is responsible for recruiting prospective students and promoting open enrollment classes offered through Workforce Solutions. This role actively engages with the community, prospective students, and industry partners to drive enrollment and awareness of non-credit, credit, and continuing education programs. Additionally, the position provides comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Workforce Solutions, program coordinators, and instructors, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.




Job Duties:
The Workforce Development Admissions Counselor II's essential duties and responsibilities include:
Recruitment &amp; Outreach
Actively participate in internal and external recruitment events at high schools, Area Technology Centers (ATCs), community&nbsp;centers, and opportunity/job fairs.
Coordinate and conduct on-site recruiting activities, including facility tours, open houses, and student-life events at Valley Oak.
Student Support &amp; Communication
Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current students by answering phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person inquiries.

Minimum Qualifications:

Job Summary
Elizabethtown Community &amp; Technical College is seeking an Academic Advisor III to serve as a Dual Credit Coordinator, assisting the Director of Secondary Partnerships. The coordinator will work closely with the Hardin County School District’s high school counselors and faculty to build dual credit enrollment and to create pathways that encourage and recruit high school students to enroll at ECTC. 




Job Duties:
• Grow the Dual Credit Program in the Hardin County School District. • Serve as the main contact for an assigned group of students to guide them to achieve academic success. • Counsel students in identifying and assessing their interests, skills, and values to match appropriate fields of study and career options and refer students to proper institutional resources. • Manage student accounts by applying the dual credit and work-ready scholarships, working closely with the Business Office to ensure scholarships are applied and reconciled. • Provide admissions counseling and advising for prospective, new, and current dual credit students in the Hardin County School District. • Enter high school transcripts and enrollment verification forms into Peoplesoft and scan and index them into OnBase. • Communicate with high school counselors and students to resolve issues and obtain missing student information required for enrollment in dual credit courses • Conduct dual credit enrollment and orientation events at local schools to provide information and register new and returning dual credit students. • Develop and distribute necessary training materials, handbooks, and brochures for high school administrators, faculty, and students regarding the use of PeopleSoft and other university technologies. • Work cooperatively with the Registrar and fellow Admissions staff to ensure that special registration assistance is provided for dual credit students, including visits to area high schools promptly to collect admission and registration materials to meet specified registration deadlines. • Foster relationships with local high schools in our service region and initiate formal agreements. • Contribute to the achievement of the College’s recruitment and retention goals by providing information to the high school students, parents, teachers, administrators, and district officials by representing the College at events for the high school market and encouraging dual credit students to consider attending ECTC upon graduation. • Serve as a recruitment point of contact for the high schools within the Hardin County School District and facilitate recruitment visits, attend college fairs, set up campus tours, and work with counselors at the high schools in the Hardin County School District. • Assist the Recruitment Team with college visit days, campus tours, and group presentations. Job Summary
The Advancement Data and Finance Specialist (Advancement Data &amp; Finance Specialist) position will execute administrative, systematic, and research support for all areas of Advancement and manage the day-to-day gift entry of information into the Raiser's Edge database, as well as process requests for information out of the database. Job Summary
Hazard Community and Technical College invites applications for our part-time adjunct faculty pool for Advanced and Professional Technologies. Potential areas of need may be in the fields of Air Conditioning Tech; Auto Tech; Construction Tech; Computer Aided Drafting and Design/Surveying; Cosmetology; Diesel Tech; Electrical Tech; Heavy Equipment; Manufacturing Tech; Unmanned Systems Tech and Welding Tech. This position is considered a temporary, part-time position used to fill both online and in person courses. 




Job Duties:
This position is considered a temporary, part-time position used to fill online, hybrid, and in-person courses. Instructors will need to prepare lessons in the Blackboard LMS using OER content where possible. Job Duties: • Plans and carries out instruction, instructional activities, and prepares learning materials (including OER) for online, hybrid, and in-person delivery utilizing the Blackboard LMS. (All courses have a Blackboard Shell and require use of the LMS shell.) • Provides instruction to students in the discipline areas as mentioned above or other related topics. • Prepares lesson plans (as needed), maintains records and reports on student attainment, and monitors attendance/activity and progress. • Utilizes approved online course templates and syllabus format, maintains classroom order and discipline, completes course/program assessments, early alert reports/flags, course evals, grading reports, and other related activities/reporting. • Completes required college training including annual mandatory training related to college policies, online learning training, quality assurance training, LMS training, and other related training, as needed.
