Job Summary
Reporting to the Medical Laboratory Technology Program Director and the Dean of Health Professions, the Medical Laboratory Technology Lab Assistant assists with the preparation and clean-up of laboratory and provides instruction and support to students at the assigned clinical site and/or campus lab.
Job Duties
• Assist with the preparation and clean-up of the laboratory
• Assist students at the assigned clinical site and/or lab on campus
• Provide oversight of clinical experiences for students enrolled in the Program, travel to clinical sites two to three days a week as needed
• Adhere to applicable accreditation commission standards or agencies regulations, the college’s policies and procedures, and the Program’s curricula
• Provide competent, consistent, and safe instructions to the students
• Demonstrate professional attitudes and behavior in the following areas:
o Appearance
o Timeliness
o Adherence to policies and standards
o Management of conflict
o Ethical judgment
o Self-directed learning for professional growth
o Interactions with patients, public and health care professionals
• Support instructor using appropriate techniques related to adult learning to include:
o Demonstrations
o Skills training
o Quizzing and discussion
• Provide basic counseling and support skills to facilitate learning and progress
• Assist in evaluating the student’s performance according to established standards and criteria
• Maintain communication with Northeast State Community College Program Director and instructors
• Provide appropriate level of supervision to student in clinical setting
• Complete other assignments as directed by supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
• AAS degree in a related field from an accredited institution • Currently licensed as a Medical Laboratory Technician or Technologist without history of revocation, denial, or suspension of licensure 
Preferred Qualifications
• One or more years of teaching experience • One or more years of related work experience • Conversational ability or fluency in a second language 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Technology Skills: MS Office suite; digital records management systems; general operating systems and data information systems • Ability to communicate with individuals from a wide range of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds (students, family, staff, governmental officials), both orally and in writing • Capable of managing time and workload to meet strategic planning, budgeting, and any other assigned deadlines • Dependability • Responsive to primary stakeholders’ requests • Professional demeanor, communication, and attire • Proficient functioning in a team-oriented environment Additional Notes: Position will require travel to clinical sites two to three days a week

Job Summary
Reporting to the Administrative Coordinator, the Zoom Proctor is responsible for monitoring Zoom rooms, including distributing and collecting students’ assignments, proctoring quizzes, and troubleshooting Zoom equipment issues by following directions given by appropriate IT and technical support personnel. This is not a remote position.
Job Duties
• Monitors Zoom Room, including distributing or collecting students’ assignments, proctoring quizzes/exams, and troubleshooting Zoom equipment issues by following directions given by appropriate IT technical support personnel.
• Provides Zoom training to faculty and appropriate staff on the assigned campus.
• Assists students with questions and minor technical issues associated with the Learning Resource Center.
• Assists faculty, the campus director, and other personnel, as needed (providing instructional supplies, making copies, creating and posting signage, preparing and sending interoffice mail, answering the phones, etc.)
• Greets, directs, and assists visitors and students, including directions to appropriate classroom or campus building as assigned.
• Provides classroom or laboratory access as requested by the instructor(s).
• Performs first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting support for end-users of technologies supported by the College’s Media Services and IT units.
• Assists with multimedia system technology installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and provides support to end-users.
• Assists with preventative maintenance and inventory of on-site computer, multimedia equipment and peripheral devices.
• Completes other duties as assigned by supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent • Six months of clerical and/or customer service experience 
Preferred Qualifications
• An associate degree from an accredited institution • Three months' school or work experience related to computer use, including troubleshooting and maintenance • Conversational ability or fluency in a second language

Reporting to the Executive Director for Economic &amp; Workforce Development, the RCAM Lab Assistant delivers standardized lab content to support training programs in a hands-on lab environment. They must complete the necessary training to qualify as an NCCER craft instructor.
Job Duties
