Manager, NCLEX Success

Reporting directly to the Campus Director of Admissions is responsible for ensuring the admissions process is completed from inquiry generation to enrollment in accordance with established policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state, and accrediting agencies standards and regulations. Performs all duties of Admissions Advisor, and Senior Admissions Advisor. Provides excellent customer service in order to recruit and increase the student population in accordance with the mission and purpose of the university. Supervises, trains, and motivates the Admissions staff to provide excellent customer service to prospective students through the admissions process.Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Advises Admissions Advisors on inquiry disputes, Admissions policies and procedures. Ensures efficient and effective application of established university policies and procedures for the admission of prospective students.</li><li>Reviews and inspects prospective student paperwork from Admissions staff for accuracy and compliance to regulations. Ensures corrections and/or omissions of information are completed.</li><li>Participates in the interviewing and selection of Admissions staff. Asks pertinent questions of applicants during interviews and provides feedback and recommendations on hiring to the Director of Admissions.</li><li>Conducts training with the team on new and/or revised Admissions policies, procedures or practices to ensure effective support. Delegates inquiries distribution and for/walk-in (remove wal-in) prospective students among admissions staff for interviews. Ensures that prospective students understand enrollment paperwork and that all required forms for enrollment and processing are completed. Assists students with submission of official transcripts for accuracy.</li><li>Assures that prospective students complete all required forms for enrollment and processing.</li><li>Refers all questions regarding financial aid eligibility to the Financial Aid office.</li><li>Establishes required examinations for enrollment. Verifies and records prospective student information.
