This position is responsible for the documentation and software programming for all types of HVAC and process control systems and perform maintenance and service for our HVAC/ Mechanical site-based equipment. Job Duties:
Monitor daily mechanical operations of all campuses. Visit all campuses to configure, program, and customize control systems to meet project-specific needs. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring the seamless operation of all systems. Calibrate and update data collection points. Repair and maintenance to a variety of equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, light commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, semi-hermetic compressors, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air compressors, air driers, chillers, and packaged units. The Library Associate 3 is a major provider of the library’s customer, circulation, and reference services and gives computer assistance and one-on-one instruction to library patrons as needed. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

      Lead Accounting Associate
    

A full-time faculty is responsible for delivering instruction in various formats (on-line, in person, video-conferencing, or any combination of methods) in the discipline(s) for which she/he has been employed. Instruction may take place at any of the college’s campuses, at a clinical partner facility, or at a designated temporary location. Faculty also provide academic advising and facilitate student success. Technology tools are routinely used to communicate with and support students.
Faculty participate in divisional and institutional activities related to the college’s mission, engage with communities of interest, and promote college programs.

Update and maintain the College’s Emergency Management Plan (EMP), continuity of operations plans, and hazard assessments. Oversee the campus emergency alerts and lead crisis communication coordination. Educate faculty, staff, and students on emergency response procedures, evacuation, and shelter-in-place protocols. Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in criminal justice, emergency management, fire science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in emergency management, fire service, law enforcement, or related field. Knowledge of Incident Command System (ICS), National Incident Management System (NIMS), and emergency management best practices. Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, Fire Science, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
