General Function:&nbsp;
Provides leadership to the implementation of institutional mentoring and student coaching programs, BUCKS Scholars Academy, MP3, relational mentoring and advising programs, and first-year relational mentoring programs. Supervises peer mentors who will provide supplemental support to specific student groups such as probation students, learning support students and other high need populations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
