Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay is looking for an Information Technology Manager.&nbsp;Schedule: Reports to Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay M-F 8:30AM-5:00PM.WHAT YOU WILL DO:&nbsp;The Information Technology Manager works closely with the Senior Director of Information Technology to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Information Technology Department. In this capacity, the Information Technology Manager has the responsibility of assisting with the integration of the Company's strategic plan with IT operations. The Information Technology Manager also provides oversight for all systems in the organization to include hardware, equipment, and users. The Information Technology Manager will exercise responsibility over the organization's systems equipment ensuring efficient, reliable services that are designed to meet the needs of all technology consumers in the organization.&nbsp;<ul><li>Leads other information technology staff to achieve great results by conveying job expectations, strategizing, overseeing and assessing results, acting as a mentor, counselor and disciplinarian, and implementing the procedures and policies issued by the company.</li><li>Supervises IT staff by assigning tasks, approving timesheets, training/coaching, and promoting professional development.</li><li>Manages the day-to-day operations of the organization's Information Technology including, but not limited to, cyber security, servers, telephony, networking, storage, disaster recovery, switches, routers, data circuits, firewall appliances, workstations, tablets, wireless APs, applications and connectivity to all Company approved network devices.</li><li>Oversees&nbsp;
