Job Summary
The primary purpose of the full time Administrative Assistant II is to provide administrative support to the Academic Affairs department, as well as the Professional &amp; Technical Studies division.




Job Duties:
1. Purchasing: a. Purchase, process, and maintain instructional and office supplies for all Academic Affairs divisions and the Fort Campbell campus. b. Place orders and communicate with vendors on order status. c. Track supplies. 2. Financials and Budget: a. Enter and track ProCard requests via PeopleSoft Financials. b. Maintain proper record keeping for weekly and monthly ProCard reports. c. Maintain current expense budgets for faculty divisions of Academic Affairs, Fort Campbell Campus, and Academic Foundations. d. Minimum Qualifications:

Job Summary
The primary purpose of the full time Placement and Assessment Specialist is to provide administrative and testing support to the Workforce Solutions Assessment Center (on or off campus locations as needed). 




Job Duties:
1. Provide prompt customer service to college departments, individuals, and businesses with assessment goals or requirements. 2. Schedule, proctor, and troubleshoot assessments to meet college, community, and business needs according to exam vendor specifications at campus and off-site locations as necessary. 3. Coordinate with Adult Education staff to meet GED testing needs. 4. Maintain secure and accurate documentation of assessments according to exam vendor specifications and KCTCS guidelines. 5. Minimum Qualifications:

GENERAL DUTIES:&nbsp; The Facilities Support Associate 4 will perform building maintenance and related work as required in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, lighting, landscaping, painting, carpentry, and HVAC. Working independently, but under the direction of the Lead Facilities Support Associate 6 and supervision of the Vice President of Operations, this position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment; ensuring facilities meet environmental, health and safety standards; performing tasks related to facility and grounds upkeep; assisting in maintaining mechanical and electrical systems or performing equipment maintenance; assisting with moving furniture or other large items; assisting with setting up for events; performing landscaping and mowing tasks, and other duties as assigned. This position is also expected to serve as back-up to custodial personnel during their absence. During inclement weather events or emergency maintenance situations, facilities personnel may be called in to work outside of regularly scheduled work hours. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7.5 hours per day, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. with a fixed schedule to be set after employment begins. These are temporary, part-time positions used to fill classroom vacancies as needed when regular full-time faculty are not available due to increased enrollment, workload, or scheduling: days, evenings, weekends. Classes are face-to-face only. When a position is available, qualified applicants may be contacted for an interview and asked to submit further documentation.




Job Duties:
Teaching assistant to help with instruction on-the-range and over-the-road activities, and may do tutoring for students as needed. Provides instructions to students in both theory and practice in the particular area of instruction. Maintains classroom order and discipline.




Minimum Qualifications:
Commercial Driver’s License – Associate degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated competencies in commercial transportation. Must hold current Kentucky Class A CDL License. Must have over-the-road CDL driving experience; prefer a minimum of two (2) years. Preference will be given to applicants with experience as a classroom, road and range Class A CDL instructor. &nbsp;

Plans and carries out instruction, instructional activities, and prepares learning materials for special studies. Provides instructions to students in both theory and practice in the particular area of instruction. Prepares lesson plans and maintains records and reports on student attainment and progress. Maintains classroom order and discipline.




Minimum Qualifications:
EMT Educator (Level 2) certification from the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services




Preferred Qualifications:
AEMT Educator, Bachelor’s degree in any of the qualifying fields, or an associate’s degree and demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline. Qualifying fields include Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, and Nursing.&nbsp;
