Job Summary
The IT Helpdesk Coordinator II assists with the technical troubleshooting and documentation for customers in order to support the mission of the institution through technology. This position is located on the Pineville campus but also requires travel to the Knox campus. The expected start date is January 2026.




Job Duties:
• Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting for computers, laptops, VOIP phones, printers, and projector hardware/software. • Help maintain a stable and secure network environment by making sure all computers are patched with Microsoft updates on a regular basis. • Check that labs are functional throughout the week so downtime will be minimized. • Install images using SCCM that are used for computer units in the labs, mobile carts, and offices as needed per PC. • Ensure that computers are up to date with the newest software updates as needed. • Assist faculty, staff, and students with computer hardware/software related issues. • Provide technical support for all Southeast District with account information and assist with password and MFA resets as needed for all Southeast faculty, staff, and students. • Ensure that units are updated and functional for all Microsoft Teams meetings/classes to be connected by or ahead of scheduled start time. Provide any technical support needed for faculty, staff, and students to be able to attend meetings or classes. • Assist with any training as needed for all SKCTC personnel and students on how to use the technology. • Assist campuses with any technology needs that arise, either by in person visits, phone, or remote access. • Travel to assist other SKCTC campuses with problems, upgrades, and training as needed. Willing to assist where needed to help the IT team meet needs or achieve goals. • Assist students or employees from other campuses with password resets, MFA issues, or any other technical issues when calls are made to the SKCTC Helpdesk. • Ensure all desktop computers and laptops have the latest OS installed and are updated regularly. • VLAN Standardization (systemwide changes) in preparation of upcoming change from CISCO switches to Juniper switches. • Color code patch cables 




Minimum Qualifications:
Associates Degree and 1-3 years relevant experience. &nbsp;

Job Summary
Provides routine administrative support to the Technical Programs, HealthCare Programs, and General Education faculty on the Harlan Campus.




Job Duties:
• Maintain the files for the technical programs, healthcare programs, and general education faculty. • Place orders for the technical programs, healthcare programs, and general education faculty, such as office supplies, textbooks, equipment, tools and other classroom shops’ needs • Works with program coordinators to purchase and stock supplies. Completes monthly Pro-card Edits and is responsible for monitoring departmental budgets. • Order textbooks for faculty, both fulltime and adjunct instructors. • Record the minutes during division meetings and other program advisory meetings. • Record the minutes for the safety committee and the library (LRC) advisory meetings. • Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and department operations. • Complete the division's monthly PNC reports. Also, the monthly travel PNC statement. • Create and order name badges and business cards for faculty and staff for all Southeast campuses. • Maintain the phone directory and distribute updates to faculty and staff. • One of five call attendants; answer and transfer incoming calls for all Southeast campuses.

Job Summary
The Data Specialist will oversee all data management and evaluation activities for the Generating Energy Optimization (GEO) Project. This role is responsible for designing and maintaining comprehensive data systems to support project performance measurement, evaluation, and reporting. The Data Specialist will collaborate with the project’s external evaluator, recruitment specialist, instructors, and success coaches to ensure that data collection, entry, and analysis are accurate, consistent, and timely.
Anticipated start date is January 2026.
This is a grant funded position which ends 04/30/2028.




Job Duties:
• Design, implement, and manage data collection instruments and evaluation tools. • Collect, track, and analyze data related to student participation, milestones, completion rates, and work-based learning outcomes. • Collaborate with the external evaluator to ensure evaluation methods align with federal grant requirements and project objectives. • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure grant performance and outcomes. • Prepare quarterly and annual reports to meet federal compliance and performance standards. • Work collaboratively with the Workforce Dean, Project Director, instructors, and marketing department to ensure accurate, data-driven communication of outcomes. • Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and recommending data-informed, evidence-based strategies. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all institutional, state, and federal data management and reporting regulations. 




Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree with 3 to 4 years of experience in data management. &nbsp;
