Title: Institutional Research Analyst
POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for research and analysis activities associated with gathering, processing and disseminating institutional information. These activities will provide decision support for the president of the college and her cabinet, for reports to the Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) and Tennessee Higher Education Commission (THEC), for support of the NashGRAD program, for use in required surveys and reports and for providing information to appropriate internal and external constituents.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Communicates with faculty, staff, administrators, and external partners to understand their data needs and how best to support their programs. Provides data and analytical support to the NashGRAD program to meet program and administration needs for the planning and assessment of program priorities and goals. Manages, analyzes and reports NashGRAD data in collaboration with NashGRAD program leadership.
Understands the available resources that can be applied to a question and work with the requestor to provide accurate and insightful solutions. Assembles and executes SQL code from the NSCC code repository to gather necessary data. Analyzes data to measure progress toward institutionally defined goals, to address on demand requests, and to fulfill required reporting to TBR, THEC, and IPEDS.
Assists in the development and support of data visualizations, including Power BI dashboards. Assists in developing appropriate data systems to support institutional planning and policy-making procedures. Coordinates with the Technology Services Division to manage automatic processes. Prepares routine and on demand reports and maintains documentation for assigned projects.

POSITION SUMMARY Under general supervision, performs all duties of a Police Officer, including enforcing applicable laws, ordinances, policies and procedures. Patrols the campus by foot, bicycle or motor vehicle.

Job Summary:
To perform a variety of skilled maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure a smoothly run campus and learning environment.
Job Duties:
Install electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors, and other similar equipment. Perform plumbing to include assembling, installing, repairing; pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and sewer systems, opening clogged drains. Perform carpenter duties which include the alteration, repair, and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, scaffolding forms, wood fixtures and furniture. Maintain tools in a clean and working condition and observe safety procedures when using tools. Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. One year of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of carpentry tools, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance practices. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions. 
Pay Rate: $34,736 - $41,684 annual salary depending on experience
