The Assistant Director, Career Services will be part of a small, but high-functioning team of career professionals serving the MA programs in the Social Sciences (525 students). As an advisor, coach and educator, the role provides one-on-one and small group support for all phases of the career and job search lifecycle, creates and facilitates innovative career management programming including large classroom workshops, experiential learning opportunities, and special events (i.e., panels, webinars, conferences) while sourcing expert alumni and corporate volunteers. The role will also be responsible for a variety of other high-level responsibilities, for which they will exercise leadership, collaborate with other offices as needed, contribute to the ongoing development of a strategic vision, innovate improvements, and take ownership of an essential part of our Career Services operation including employer and alumni relations, resource development, MA leadership initiatives and support, and general communications. Reporting directly to the Dean of Library Services, the Associate Dean provides leadership and strategic vision for an evolving, comprehensive, cohesive program of enterprise systems, tools, and information resources, developed and implemented to support the curriculum, research activities, and the creation of new works and scholarship. Job Summary
The Workforce Liaison is a key role in connecting the college’s Workforce Solutions department with employers, community partners, and prospective students. The liaison will manage employer engagement efforts, support marketing and enrollment initiatives, and ensure smooth coordination of workforce training programs. This position serves as the main point of contact for employer partnerships, community outreach, and ensuring the effective integration of industry needs with the college’s training and certification offerings. Job Duties:
Employer Engagement &amp; Salesforce Management:

<li>Post all employer engagement activities, meetings, and interactions into Salesforce to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employer relationships and outreach efforts.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to the employer engagement team by ensuring their activities, such as employer meetings and networking events, are also posted and updated in Salesforce.</li>
<li>Identify new employer partners, assess training needs or gaps, and educate employers about available training programs, including access to TRAINS (Training, Recruitment, and Incentive Solutions) funding for workforce development</li>

Education First Marketing &amp; Enrollments:

 Collaborative Outreach with College Recruiter:

<li>Work closely with the college’s recruiter to meet with high school students, introduce them to Workforce Solutions programs, and promote career pathways, including CDL and Lineman training.</li>
<li>Participate in high school outreach efforts, such as career fairs, information sessions, and recruiting events, to help high school students explore workforce training opportunities and prepare for future careers.</li>

Data Management &amp; Reporting:
