POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Director of Student Success and Evaluation is a full-time faculty member (rank commensurate with experience) serving within the Physician Assistant Department. This position is responsible for the planning, development, and management of all activities related to evaluating and enhancing student success across both the didactic and clinical phases of the PA programs. This position is a hybrid role and requires frequent travel to the Richmond campus as needed. As such, preference will be given to candidates in Virginia and the surrounding states.This individual plays a key role in enhancing learner achievement by analyzing student performance data, identifying trends and implementing targeted support strategies to improve outcomes aligned with the program’s student learning outcomes and PA competencies. The Director collaborates closely with program leadership to inform curricular refinement through the review of course-level and standardized assessment performance, and supports the implementation of data-driven interventions. In support of the program’s continuous self-assessment and quality improvement efforts, the Director contributes to the program’s compliance with ARC-PA accreditation standards by compiling and analyzing data essential to ongoing self-study and reporting processes. The Director also works to maximize student access to academic support services and retention resources by developing customized learning plans and utilizing program-based learning platforms.The Director of Student Success and Evaluation will possess extensive knowledge of Physician Assistant education and demonstrate a commitment to supporting student achievement, faculty collaboration, and program excellence. Director of Student Success and Evaluation, Physician Assistant 

POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp;The Course Proctor will provide management and oversight of courses being broadcast in to campus locations virtually. The Course Proctor will prepare the classroom for the campus-based students to receive the course virtually at the receiving campus location by. This includes setting up the technology to receive the course virtually by following the manuals and instructions provided. This will require that the Course Proctor access the Learning Management System (Brightspace) and access the live video function within the course (Kaltura). The Course Proctor will ensure that the video and audio are functioning in the classroom prior to the course beginning and will remain in the class with the students throughout the duration of the class period. At the beginning of the class, the Course Proctor will record attendance for student participation at the local campus and will send to the corresponding instructor of record at the close of the class.
