The Mental Health Counselor develops, promotes, and facilitates mental health and social service activities that support students in managing barriers that will impede their educational success. This position blends collaboration and consultation with colleagues on and off campus, as well as other support resources with non-clinical and clinical student case management, short-term counseling, program coordination, systems development, and leadership in addressing factors that contribute to student attrition and improve student success.
This position will primarily serve the Williamson Campus with occasional travel to other Columbia State campuses and counties in the service area.

      One Stop Customer Service Representative
    

The Director of High School Partnerships oversees Columbia State’s high school programs, including dual enrollment, dual credit, middle college, and academically talented and gifted. This position works with local school systems and college staff to develop, evaluate, and maintain early post-secondary opportunities for high school students throughout the college service area including Columbia State’s five campus locations, off-campus sites, and service area high schools that offer embedded courses.&nbsp; The position facilitates communications of course and program requests from local education systems to the Dean of Regional Services and Southern Campuses, Vice President of Partnerships and Southern Campuses, academic deans and the associate vice-president for faculty and programs as well as enrollment services and campus staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Develop, implement, and assess a strategic enrollment and recruitment plan for dual enrollment and middle college students.</li>
<li>Support the continuous growth in enrollment, and conversion of dual enrollment to first-time freshmen.</li>

The Clinical Laboratory Coordinator for Nursing is a&nbsp;full-time 10-month clinical nursing technical position with responsibility for supervision of laboratory skills practice.&nbsp; In addition, the Nursing Laboratory Coordinator will provide academic advising to current and prospective students and participate in departmental, divisional and institutional activities related to the college's mission.
