Qualifications:&nbsp;
A Master’s degree in a qualifying field from an accredited institution or Master’s degree&nbsp; from an accredited institution with 18 graduate semester hours in any combination of related qualifying fields. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a recent working knowledge of Cleveland State Community College’s campus and culture. Experience with alternative delivery instructional modes (hybrid, online, interactive, etc.) is preferred but not required.&nbsp;&nbsp;

JOB SUMMARY
The Adult Education Workforce Instructor provides services within the college’s five (5) county service area consisting of Bradley, Polk, Meigs, McMinn and Monroe Counties. The Workforce Instructor is responsible for assisting the Adult Education Program Director in providing a program-wide educational atmosphere where adult students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential by earning a high school equivalency diploma, improving basic skills in math, language, science, social studies, and reading, and or showing level gain through the levels defined by the National Reporting System (NRS) and assisting students in resume writing, career exploration, and career pathways. The instructor will also work with incarcerated individuals in all service area jails.
Instructional duties may include direct teaching, testing, orientation, counseling students, resume writing, career planning and other instructional activities working directly with the students as assigned by the Program Director.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICIATIONS

<li>Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education, Science, Math, or Human Services from a regionally accredited institution</li>
<li>Candidate must possess an active TN Teacher’s License (or approved waiver)</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Adult Education in instruction or curriculum and/or student support.</li>
</ul>
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
<ul>
<li>Plan, teach, and evaluate student work.</li>
<li>Keep current with all curriculum changes set forth by the Adult Education Division</li>
<li>Implement and monitor classroom instructional activities to ensure a climate where students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences.</li>
<li>Assist in assessing changing curricular needs and plans for improvement using the current curriculum developed by TN Labor &amp; Workforce Development (TDLWD) Adult Education Division. Provide training for these changes.</li>
<li>Conduct and or Monitor staff in presenting Adult Education Orientation and Testing using standardized testing.</li>
<li>Monitor teacher and staff record keeping, ensuring that effective and efficient record keeping procedures are maintained through JOBS4TN.</li>
<li>Travel to satellite and jail locations in all 5 counties will be necessary.</li>
<li>Participate in local and state activities/staff development.</li>
<li>Able to work a split schedule including up to two evenings per week.</li>
<li>Supervision of classes at off-site locations</li>
<li>Promote a positive environment throughout the program so that students are encouraged to be actively engaged in the learning process.</li>
<li>Model professional and ethical standards while dealing with students, staff, and community.</li>

The position requires travel to all 5-county jails in the service area in addition to required travel to off-campus satellite locations. This position may require some evening/weekend hours.&nbsp; This position is primarily in-person, but occasional remote work may be required.

JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst provides advanced functional and technical leadership for Cleveland State’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment and integrated third-party applications supporting Student Services, including Financial Aid, Admissions, and Registration. This position ensures the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of systems that manage the student lifecycle. The analyst designs and maintains automation processes, integrates systems to streamline workflows, and supports compliance with institutional, state, and federal reporting requirements. Serving as a senior resource for technical guidance and data integrity, this role collaborates closely with campus departments, Information Technology, and external vendors to improve business processes and enhance the student experience.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICIATIONS

<li>Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.&nbsp;</li>
<li>A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in information systems, data analytics, or enterprise systems administration, including:&nbsp;

JOB SUMMARY
The Chief of Campus Police is responsible for the development, implementation, and administration of law enforcement, security, crime prevention, safety, and parking for both the main campus and campuses within the college’s five-county (5) service area.. This role involves establishing policies and procedures that ensure the safety and well-being of the college community, including students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Additionally, the Chief will work closely with various college departments and external agencies to promote safety awareness and provide educational programs. The Chief will also be responsible for developing long-term safety and security strategies that align with the College's mission and values.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICIATIONS

Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.</li>
</ul>

<li>Six (6) years of practical experience in all phases of law enforcement with a minimum of three (3) of the six (6) years in law enforcement supervisory experience.</li>
<li>The appointee must meet the Tennessee Police Officers Standards and Training (POST) requirements and be eligible for certification upon initial employment.</li>

JOB SUMMARY
The Financial Aid Specialist ensures accurate administration, management, and data collection for federal, state, and institutional programs and other financial aid related requirements in compliance with respective regulations for federal and state funding. The Financial Aid Specialist provides up-to-date subject matter expertise in all aid programs and other requirements to internal and external stakeholders in support of Cleveland State’s enrollment objectives and mission.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICIATIONS
<ul>
<li>An associate degree from an accredited institution.</li>
<li>Minimum of four years of professional experience in student financial aid or enrollment services within higher education (e.g., admissions, records, advising).</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.</li>
<li>Experience with Ellucian Banner preferred.</li>
<li>Prior experience working in a community college setting is preferred.</li>

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Financial Aid Program Administration (30%)
<ul>
<li>Administer and maintain compliance for assigned federal or state financial aid programs, including but not limited to Federal Work-Study (FWS) and the Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (FSEOG).</li>
<li>Serve as the primary institutional liaison with the state financial aid service center to address and resolve processing issues.</li>
<li>Manage institutional and Foundation scholarship programs, ensuring accurate award processing and adherence to eligibility criteria.</li>
<li>Conduct student eligibility reviews, certify and post awards, and monitor ongoing compliance with federal, state, and institutional requirements.</li>
<li>Perform regular reconciliation and oversight of financial aid funds to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.</li>
</ul>
Financial Aid Processing and Compliance (25%)
<ul>
<li>Perform tasks related to satisfactory academic progress (SAP), State Aid appeals, Return of Title IV calculations, Federal Work-Study administration, and scholarship processing.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Business Office on matters involving student account refunds, uncashed financial aid checks, and athletic scholarship disbursements.</li>
<li>Review and verify student-submitted documentation in compliance with federal regulations to ensure the accuracy of Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) data.</li>
<li>Exercise professional judgment in evaluating extenuating circumstances and processing dependency override requests in accordance with federal guidelines.</li>
<li>Gather and review supporting documentation to determine and confirm student financial aid eligibility.</li>
<li>Serve as a secondary point of contact and subject matter resource for Student Success Advisors and other staff when resolving complex student cases related to income verification, special circumstances, and disbursement eligibility.</li>
</ul>
Communication and Collaboration (15%)
<ul>
<li>Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and external partners through various channels, including chat, email, phone, and videoconferencing.</li>
<li>Provide timely and accurate updates regarding financial aid regulations, policies, and procedural changes to relevant stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with departments across the institution to support student needs and ensure accurate, efficient, and responsive service delivery.</li>
</ul>
Training, Policy, and Development (15%)
<ul>
<li>Participate in ongoing training to stay current on federal, state, and institutional financial aid regulations and program requirements.</li>
<li>Maintain and regularly update the financial aid policies and procedures manual to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Review and update financial aid content across the institution’s website, academic catalog, and internal communication platforms to reflect current policies and information.</li>
</ul>
System Administration and Process Improvement (10%)
<ul>
<li>Maintain and support program-related systems, including Dynamic Forms, Banner, National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), Common Origination and Disbursement (COD), Financial Aid System of Tennessee (FAST), and other financial aid platforms.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Financial Aid Compliance and Technical Coordinator and IT to troubleshoot technical issues, streamline operations, and enhance process efficiency through automation and system improvements.</li>
</ul>
Other Duties as Assigned (5%)

JOB SUMMARY
The Head Women’s Softball Coach/Fitness Room Coordinator is responsible for administration of all aspects of the intercollegiate women’s Softball program. In addition, this position has responsibility for coordinating Fitness Room operations for the college’s Intercollegiate Athletics facility. The Coach/Coordinator is expected to work in cooperation with staff across the Athletics Department, other Student Services units, other areas of the college, high school personnel, and personnel from other colleges to develop and maintain a high quality intercollegiate women’s Softball program, offering an excellent experience to participating student-athletes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICIATIONS
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.</li>
<li>Minimum of four years of coaching experience in women's softball at the high school or collegiate level, either as a head coach or assistant coach.</li>
<li>Ability to recruit student athletes and create an atmosphere conducive to student success in academics, personal development, and athletics.</li>
</ul>
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
WOMEN’S SOFTBALL (70%)
<ul>
<li>Provide leadership for and administer all aspects of the intercollegiate Women’s Softball program for 20-25 participants, including recruitment of student-athletes, budget development and management, maintenance and inventory of equipment, travel and transportation planning, and scheduling of practices and competitions.</li>
<li>Instruct student-athletes in individual skills, tactics/strategy, rules, and fundamentals of women’s Softball at the intercollegiate level.</li>
<li>Teach student-athletes’ principles and practices in health, fitness, and conditioning associated with successful participation in intercollegiate women’s Softball.</li>
<li>Operate program in compliance with institutional, Tennessee Community College Athletic Association (TCCAA), and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) rules.</li>
<li>Counsel and advise student-athletes in academic matters, including academic planning, course selection, and student success strategies.</li>
<li>Coordinate efforts to assist student-athletes in transferring to four-year colleges and universities.</li>
<li>Track and monitor academic progress of student-athletes to ensure academic success, retention, and completion.</li>
<li>Participate in fundraising, public relations, and promotional activities for the athletic department and the women’s Softball program.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>
</ul>
FITNESS ROOM COORDINATOR (25%)
<ul>
<li>Coordinate scheduling of the Fitness Room for sports team’s specific times.</li>
<li>Manage Fitness Room budget including ordering cleaning products and towels.</li>
<li>Coordinate scheduling of supervisors during ‘Open Times’.</li>
<li>Manage any equipment repairs and replacements.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (5%)

<li>Serve on various college committees.</li>
