Job Duties:

Job Summary
The Facilities Project Specialist will provide support to the AVP of Facilities Management to include performance of tasks related to capital construction projects and physical plant operations, routine safety checks and maintenance of documents, and staff coverage for Facilities Team members during absences.




Job Duties:

<li>Coordinate and communicate daily with contractors on active construction projects and physical plant operations, including tasks that may occur outside of standard business hours.

The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for the leadership, administration, and strategic direction of all financial aid programs. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations while delivering exceptional service to students. Job Summary
We are seeking part-time instructors to teach Electrical Construction I &amp; II, including both lecture and hands-on lab components. These courses cover residential, commercial, and industrial wiring, combining classroom theory with practical, real-world training. Day and evening teaching opportunities are available.




Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Deliver in-person instruction in both theoretical and practical aspects of electrical construction. 
</li>
<li>Facilitate hands-on lab activities that simulate real-world electrical work environments. 
</li>
<li>Maintain classroom and lab spaces, including tools and training materials. 
</li>
<li>Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and code updates to ensure course content remains relevant.

<li>Support student learning and success through mentorship and engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Credential in the field of study; Associate's degree preferred. 
</li>
<li>Alternatively, a valid Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license with documented industry training may substitute for a degree. 
</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant field experience; 5 years preferred. 
</li>
<li>Kentucky Journeyman or Master Electrician License strongly preferred. 
</li>
<li>Prior teaching experience at the community college level is a plus. 
</li>

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Summary
Gateway Community and Technical College invites applications for the Nurse Aid 12-month instructor position (starting August 2025). This faculty position provides support to the Nurse Aide Program/KNAT Coordinator. Instructs four nurse aide training classes per semester and directs labs at the various locations. Class times will be primarily in the afternoon and evening. Responsible for facilitating clinical rotations at long-term care facilities. Provides support of the KNAT assessment and evaluations in accordance to state regulations. **Applicants selected for an interview will be required to give a short (approximately 15 minutes) teaching demonstration on the topic to be determined prior to the interview. 12-month faculty contract covers the entire academic calendar year, from July to June. Faculty members on 12-month contracts receive a consistent monthly salary. Benefits are provided year-round. Renewal of the contract depends on factors such as student enrollment and available funding.




Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Position provides support to the Nurse Aide Program/KNAT Coordinator. 
</li>
<li>Responsible for the lecture, lab, and clinical portion of the Medicaid Nurse Aide course. Responsible for oversight and maintenance of the laboratory space at the Covington and Edgewood Campuses. 
</li>
<li>The position also participates in the KNAT evaluation process as instructed by the KNAT Coordinator. 
</li>
<li>This position also participates in student advising, professional development, and service to the department, division, and College. 
</li>
<li>Assumes a participating role in supporting and promoting the mission, goals, and objectives of the College by performing the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the leadership of the department, division, and College. 
</li>
<li>Evaluates students’ readiness including criminal background check and additional requirements for clinical assignments. 
</li>
<li>Follows federal and state regulations and guidelines pertaining to the Medicaid Nurse Aide Program. Keep accurate and up-to-date records as required. 
</li>
<li>Instruct (4) afternoon and/or evening four nurse aide courses per semester and assist with (6-8) six to eight KNAT assessments per semester. 
</li>
<li>Assists faculty with skills delivery, evaluation, and assessment in conjunction with laboratory faculty. 
</li>
<li>Helps support part-time faculty that teach at the Edgewood Campus in the Nurse Aide Program, shared responsibility with Nurse Aide Program Coordinator 
</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned. 
</li>

Minimum Qualifications:

<li>Registered Nurse and Associate Degree in Nursing 
</li>
<li>One year of experience in a long-term care setting</li>
<li>Successful completion of Methods of Instruction (MOI) course 
</li>
<li>Two years of full time or equivalent experience as a registered nurse. 
</li>
<li>Current active, unencumbered licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Kentucky. 
</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work independently and adapt seamlessly to fast-paced, dynamic environments. 
</li>
<li>Skilled in engaging and supporting students from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. 
</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
