Job Description:POSITION SUMMARY:The Learning Assistance Specialist is responsible for providing ground and online, undergraduate and graduate level support programs in writing, language development, and learning that are designed to support Pacific Oaks students’ academic goals. This position includes instructional and administrative responsibilities as well as collaboration with both faculty and staff. Some evening and weekend hours are required.This position is located in Pasadena and reports directly to the Director of the Center for Achievement, Resources and Enrichment (CARE).SUPERVISION RECEIVED (The degree of supervision exercised over this position):The incumbent performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments. Job Description:Position Summary:The Admissions Representative is responsible for successfully recruiting certificate and degree-seeking students for their assigned group of programs at The Chicago School. The Admissions Representative is responsible for all phases of the admissions process, from initial contact through enrollment.Admissions Representatives who are assigned to a specific campus as their primary location will have responsibilities on campus and their presence will be required at that campus location.The ability to work evenings and weekends is required, as is occasional domestic travel.Principal Duties:<ul><li>Successfully recruit new students for assigned programs at The Chicago School, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the admissions process.</li><li>Complete a high level of outbound calls each day to reach prospective students. Job SummaryThe Campus Associate Director Nursing, Academics assists with providing leadership in managing and implementing a comprehensive post-secondary adult vocational nursing program for delivery in support of College, campus, and/or departmental goals to assure compliance with programmatic accreditation and/or licensure, internal consistency, and graduate outcomes that meet workplace and placement expectations.
