Training areas and occupations will include job readiness and career exploration, green construction laborer, solar installer and EV charging station installer, energy auditing, and supervisor/manager training.Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Adult Education and Workforce Development, the Training Manager directs the activities associated with the development and implementation of grant-funded Clean Energy/Green Jobs workforce development training programs, including staff supervision, program continuous improvement, and sustainability planning. Oversees day-to-day operations of designated programs, including marketing, outreach and recruitment, scheduling, logistics, materials and supplies, staffing, student retention support, curriculum oversight, outcomes management, and program evaluation, focusing these efforts and resources toward participant job placement.
