Leadership &amp; Supervisory:&nbsp;The incumbent is responsible for assisting with the supervision and direction of up to 60 student athletes. Environment &amp; Working Conditions:&nbsp;This position will experience a varied environment. Incumbent’s work in an office environment will include moderate noise and interruption. Incumbent will also be exposed to extreme heat, humidity, noise, and temperature changes are possible. Occasional exposure to extreme cold during the winter season. Incumbent will be required to lift equipment in the excess of 25 pound or more and perform duties that require standing, bending, and squatting. Bodily injury could occur, including damage from flying debris or hearing damage from the operation of lawn mowers, pitching machines, edging tools, or weed eaters.

GENERAL DUTIES:&nbsp; The Facilities Support Associate 4 will perform building maintenance and related work as required in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, lighting, landscaping, painting, carpentry, and HVAC. Working independently, but under the direction of the Lead Facilities Support Associate 6 and supervision of the Vice President of Operations, this position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment; ensuring facilities meet environmental, health and safety standards; performing tasks related to facility and grounds upkeep; assisting in maintaining mechanical and electrical systems or performing equipment maintenance; assisting with moving furniture or other large items; assisting with setting up for events; performing landscaping and mowing tasks, and other duties as assigned. This position will also be expected to serve as back-up to custodial personnel during their absence. Some travel and work at satellite campuses may be required. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for delivering quality instruction in an equitable environment.

The Preventive Maintenance Technician (PM Tech) position assists in the repair and maintenance of the College’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other internal systems such as doors, keys and locksets. The College is seeking PM Tech’s to assist our trade supervisors in the following areas: Carpentry, Plumbing, and HVAC. These duties include but are not limited to: working on door closers, hinges and doors, installing sheetrock, changing filters, greasing pumps, cleaning coils, changing belts, greasing and changing bearings, servicing pumps &amp; motors, repairing toilets &amp; sinks, and servicing/maintaining/tracking equipment and inventory relevant to the department. Uniforms and personal protective equipment will be provided and must be worn at all times. This position reports to the Director and Executive Director of Plant Operations.
