Maintenance Support Technician

As a maintenance superintendent for carpentry, drywall, and painting, you will oversee and coordinate operations for various building maintenance and renovation projects. You will manage team members to ensure safety compliance, coordinate schedules, and maintain quality control. You will ensure that that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks, establishing a schedule for their completion that aligns with the overall project timeline.In this position, you will perform regular inspections to ensure that work meets company quality standards and project specifications.
