As the Director, you'll play a pivotal role in building a program that prepares students to make a lasting impact in healthcare.What You'll Do:• Develop and Lead the PA Program: Design a dynamic curriculum that meets the evolving needs of healthcare while ensuring compliance with ARC-PA accreditation standards.• Drive Accreditation Success: Guide the program through initial and ongoing accreditation processes, working closely with key stakeholders.• Build Strong Clinical Partnerships: Establish relationships with healthcare providers to secure clinical training sites for students.• Recruit and Develop a Talented Team: Hire, mentor, and manage faculty and staff who share your passion for student success.• Shape the Student Experience: Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to attract aspiring PAs to the program.• Ensure Excellence: Partner with the Associate Dean of Nursing &amp; Health Sciences on accreditation and assessment initiatives to ensure a high-quality learning environment.What You'll Bring:• Certified PA Expertise: Current or emeritus certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).• Education &amp; Healthcare Experience: At least three years of full-time higher education experience and three years of clinical practice.• Accreditation Knowledge: Proven experience navigating accreditation processes.• Commitment to Diversity: A passion for inclusive education and developing culturally competent healthcare professionals.Why Endicott?Endicott College offers a collaborative, supportive environment where innovation thrives.
