Library Associate

As the shop manager, you will coordinate shop hours of operation and staff schedules with the academic calendar, managing multiple shifts for shop technicians. In this position you will review shop usage statistics to ensure efficient use of personnel and space, organize and assign daily work tasks to staff, help with challenging projects, and develop/enforce shop policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
