Job Duties:

Responsible for overseeing the recording, reporting and reconciliation of all plant funds, from internal and external sources, such as the State of Tennessee or Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) reports. Maintains confidentiality of information and works in accordance with FERPA privacy guidelines on the disclosure of information. Assist with budget(s) preparation and maintenance, as needed. Assists in preparation of reports and analyses for TBR and similar regulatory entities. Develops procedures to streamline departmental operation to increase efficiency. Assists in the selection, hiring, and training of new staff. Serves as liaison and works cooperatively and effectively with other departments (internal and external) as appropriate. Responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with the foundation’s management and staff. Communicates with management regarding the financial position status of the entity and other areas as requested. Coordinates with responsible party to maintain current and accurate departmental information on the website and other printed or on-line documents. Ensures internal controls are maintained to safeguard the assets. Responsible for overseeing the feeding of data from other systems (payroll, financial aid, and procurement card transactions, etc.) into financial system. Prepare journal entries; performs reconciliations of various financial accounts; and other accounting functions as required. Uses the report writer and other tools to generate reports as necessary. Serves as member on various college committees. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting. Four years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA), or equivalent. Governmental accounting or auditing experience in higher education setting. Experience with Banner or other Oracle based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Title: HVAC Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY Under the supervision of the of the Manager of Facilities, the HVAC supervisor performs skilled trade-level (journeyman) repair and maintenance on refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, ventilation and air handling equipment. Required to install, maintain and repair electric, electronic and pneumatic controls systems with their supporting machinery, heating/air-conditioning, and refrigeration equipment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems that incorporate pneumatic, digital, and central energy management system controls. Performs data entry and routine logging in the computerized controls management system (CCMS). Supervise HVAC mechanics in the proper protocols and repair procedures. Maintain flexibility and be available for duty during short-notice or urgent situations. Troubleshooting and repairing building control systems; optimizing controls and equipment for better usage by owner.
Installing, replacing, or repairing equipment; including the need to calibrate thermostatic controls; worn heating, ventilation and air-conditioning parts and equipment. Assists with construction projects affecting HVAC equipment or systems. Repair or replace low- and high-pressure liquid lines. Assembling and installing metal ductwork. Develop heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system modification plans. Create and maintain preventive maintenance checklists for equipment. Perform weekly site inspections and prepare a weekly status report for the Manager Facilities.
Inventory and catalogue HVAC systems by building/campus (including equipment type, manufacturer, serial number, capacity, and date of manufacture/install). Interprets as-built building blueprints and recommends system modifications. Researches and proposes materials for HVAC systems repair, and maintenance. Perform testing HVAC and Refrigeration for efficiency. Repairs and replaces defective equipment, components or wiring. Installs, connects and adjusts thermostats, humidistats and timers. Braze or solder parts to repair defective joints and leaks. Perform mechanical overhauls and refrigerant reclaiming. Maintains campus air handling equipment, chillers and ice machines.

Ability to teach courses in video editing, field production, studio production, motion graphics, and/or screenwriting. A demo reel demonstrating excellence in field is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Collegiate level teaching experience or experience in a training environment. Master’s degree plus 18 graduate hours in video production, digital filmmaking, media arts, broadcasting, or closely related field from an accredited institution. Prefer experience in the use of relevant software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Prefer experience with Apple Macintosh computers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge and/or experience using a variety of instructional delivery modes. Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student population. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Pay Rate: $675 - $800 per credit hour
