Summary:

West Kentucky Community & Technical College seeks a dedicated Clinical Coordinator Faculty member to join our Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. Located in Paducah, KY, this role combines hands-on teaching with clinical coordination responsibilities. You'll be part of the respected Kentucky Community & Technical College System while directly impacting healthcare education in our region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate student clinical placements with regional healthcare partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with clinical sites and supervising sonographers
  • Deliver engaging classroom and laboratory instruction
  • Evaluate student performance during clinical rotations
  • Ensure program compliance with accreditation standards
  • Support curriculum development and program improvement initiatives
  • Mentor students throughout their educational journey

What You Bring:

  • Associates degree in sonography required
  • Must possess credentials in abdomen, OB/GYN, and vascular.
  • Additional credential in echocardiography is preferred
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience
