Job Summary

West Kentucky Community & Technical College (WKCTC), recognized as a top 10 community college in the nation by The Aspen Institute five consecutive times and three times as a Finalist with Distinction, invites applications for the position of Culinary Adjunct Faculty Pool. WKCTC is a comprehensive community college that provides excellence in teaching a learning, promotes student success, and supports economic development.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities include: teaching; conducting class and community service projects; being involved in curriculum changes; and meeting industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Faculty should possess a baccalaureate or associate degree in the teaching discipline or a related discipline. In lieu of the associate degree, alternative qualifications such as related work experience in the field, professional licensure and certifications related to the teaching assignment, honors and awards, continuing professional development, documented excellence in teaching, and/or other demonstrated competencies and achievements that contribute to effective teaching and student learning outcomes will be considered.


Total compensation is calculated on a per-course basis according to the WKCTC part time faculty salary schedule or per hour based on education (clinical)
