Assistant/Associate Professor of Instruction in Forensic ScienceThe Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry within the College of Science at The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) invites applications for a non-tenure-track Assistant / Associate Professor of Instruction position in Forensic Science. The Forensic Science Program at UTEP is one of the largest and fastest-growing programs in the region, with two tracks in forensic chemistry and forensic biology. The successful candidate will be expected to teach and develop undergraduate and/or graduate lecture and laboratory courses in forensic science; engage in student advising and mentorship; contribute to departmental, college, and university service; and support curriculum development, program expansion, and accreditation efforts.Job Requirements:• A Ph.D. (or equivalent) in Forensic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a closely related field is required by the start date.• Demonstrated excellence, or strong potential, in teaching.
